Certis Solutions is seeking a qualified Superintendent with the following background:

Must Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of multifamily experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Procore, and Bluebeam
• Must have OSHA 30
• Experience overseeing field crews in the operations departments and professionally represents GC on the jobsite
• Responsible for site takeoffs, negotiating purchases and contracts, establishing construction schedules, reviewing accounting reports, implementing and enforcing safety and quality policies and procedures.

Top Skills / Key Job Responsibilities

• Inspect worksites.
• Participate in pre-construction meetings.
• Implement Safety and QA/QC programs on each jobsite.
• Ensure that jobs are completed on schedule and on budget.
• Review invoices and timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Travel to remote markets to prepare cost estimates, establish operations, follow local building codes, means and methods.
• Identify, investigate and select local subcontractors and vendors.
• Participate in location “On Call” list; this includes a weekly team rotation that runs from Monday to Sunday to address emergency needs of our clients
