Must Have Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of Project Management experience overseeing hotel/hospitality remodel projects
Must have strong financial forecasting experience

Work closely with the Executive Leadership team to develop annual plans, strategic service platform and necessary resource pool to support annual target objectives
Client relationship development from opportunity pursuit through final execution to earn preferred renovation partnership role.
Bottom line annual project profit and loss responsibility in parallel with earning repeat client business by delivering on customer expectations
Perform hands on estimating and project management initially on key kick off projects to build the foundation to expand on in the future.
Build best in class supervision and subcontractor resources to support work load demands
Implement and improve upon Finite disciplined project execution systems and processes.
Total field execution operational responsibility for project performance
Post Project Evaluations with customer and internal operations.
Apply Lessons Learned to Future Bids and Project Execution efforts- Incorporate into training efforts and operational tools
Be a driver for continuous improvement throughout the operation
Expand service platform and geography with existing customers to grow annual revenues and gross profitability. Deepen customer relationships in the process.
