Must Have Qualifications

·        3+ years of coordinator experience with a general contractor, restaurant experience preferred.

·        Comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of commercial construction.

·        Intermediate knowledge of Procore preferred

·        Willingness to be in Bonsall, CA every day, no remote work offered.

·        Candidate must have the ability to read and fully understand plans, process RFI’s and change orders, subcontractor submittals, solicit bid invitations, qualify subcontractor proposals, prepare comprehensive and complete bid packages, prepare weekly reports, maintain and update meeting minutes, process invoices and all associated lien releases, coordinate supplier and vendor orders, and support the Project Manager where needed. 

·        Candidate must have good organizational and time management skills to be able to perform duties on both the bidding and running of two-three projects at any given time.

·        Candidate must have excellent computer and software skills, ability to multitask and work in a very high paced environment. 

·        Must be proficient in Procore (mandatory), Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Project (fluently) and ability to learn new Construction Management software. Applicants who are not yet Procore Certified will be required to complete certification prior to start.

·        Must have good communication skills to deal with owners, architects, designers, and subcontractors.
