·        Assist with project estimating and project sales efforts.

·        Manage assigned project costs, manpower, material ordering, account receivables, project purchase orders, project schedules and project cost controls.

·        Some project-related travel will be required, and some overnight trips may be necessary.

·        Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly and Annual office meetings as required.

·        Monthly project reporting and weekly project forecasting.

·        Utilization of Microsoft Office Products: Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Teams.

·        Utilization of Foundation Project HQ management software.

·        Implementation of AutoCAD 2D and Rhino 3D Modeling software.

·        A self-starter with results focused and problem-solving skills are necessary.

·        Individual-driven training will be required.
