Five years of experience leading construction projects as Project Manager
Commercial Retail/Restaurant experience required
Strong negotiating skills across the spectrum of the design and construction industry
Capable of leading estimating and preconstruction activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficient and professional oral and written communication skills
