Work on northern California's high-level infrastructure projects, with plans for expansion into new markets and complex projects globally.

Must Have Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical Engineering specialization).
• Master's or Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering or Geological Engineering, with a Bachelor's in Engineering or Geology.
• 7+ years of experience in Geotechnical Engineering.
• Professional Engineering (PE) License in the state of operation.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage multiple clients, contracts, and projects simultaneously.
• Conduct geotechnical engineering analyses, studies, and calculations.
• Prepare engineering reports and documentation.
• Perform field explorations, sample collection, geologic reconnaissance, and mapping.
• Conduct construction observation on job sites and document findings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise engineers and staff.
• Review technical reports and calculations.
• Support business development and marketing efforts.
• Adhere to quality assurance, health, and safety policies.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.

Preferences

• Familiarity with USACE design criteria and Urban Levee Design Criteria.
• Background in levee design and construction.

Pay Range: $88,000- $160,000 annually
