Description

Certis Solutions is seeking a qualified Customer Service Technician in the Orange County, CA area.


Pay Range: $23-28/hr


Must Have Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree (A.A. / A.S.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; spreadsheet software; inventory software; order processing systems; project management software; manufacturing software; and contact management systems.

  • Equipment Testing and Troubleshooting: Perform tests using specific procedures, measuring instruments, and computer programs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Documentation: Document test results and maintain customer records.
  • Customer Service and Sales Support: Assist in achieving sales goals through effective customer service, understanding customer needs, and maintaining quality relationships.
  • Coordination and Communication: Work closely with customers and project teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Problem Solving and Process Improvement: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, resolve issues ensuring customer satisfaction, and contribute to the development of test procedures for new and existing equipment.
