Must Have Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in a leadership role (Operations Manager/Project Director/Project Executive) at a General Contractor with at least 10 years of Project Management.
- B.S. Degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.

- Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with Safety Program.
- Review monthly reports with onsite team and General Superintendent.
- Assist project manager with enforcement of safety policies with field staff and subcontractors.
- Monitoring build progress
- Ensuring Project schedules are updated and that contractual schedule obligations are met.
- Review scheduling conflicts with General Superintendent
- Review with and ensure scheduling executive summaries are delivered on time to EVP.
- Ensure all Project Managers are handling delays properly when notifying the owner.
- Overseeing finances of the projects assigned
- To ensure projected project profitability.
- Accurate and on time billings, forecasting and reporting.
- Cost coding invoices throughout the month.
- Making strategic decisions
- Provide leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions.
- Meeting with clients, and stakeholders.
- Report on project progress to EVP.
- Attend OACs as required and needed.
- Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships
- Devising cost-effective plans to enable effective project completion.
- Imparting experience with project managers to cut costs.
- Oversee close out early.
- Ensure timely financial close out of the projects assigned.
- Managing risks to avoid delays or reputational damage.
- Ensure changes that go to the owner meet the seven question criteria.
- Work with General Superintendent on compliance with regulatory agencies
- Ensuring continuity with trade partners
- Assist in solving issues as they arise.
- Oversee cost and billing control.
- Managing project managers and enabling them to supervise and manage their own teams.
- Ensuring they manage the project and team efficiently.
- Ensure a plan is in place when replacing an employee and inform EVP of plan.
