- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of construction management principles, methods, and geotechnical materials and techniques
- Software Proficiency: Strong skills with construction management software, including the MS Office Suite
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal team
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams efficiently, with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve challenges and ensure smooth project execution
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured personal vehicle for travel to various job sites, with mileage reimbursement provided.
