Must Have Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field preferred
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally in geotechnical engineering or a similar discipline.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of construction management principles, methods, and geotechnical materials and techniques
  • Software Proficiency: Strong skills with construction management software, including the MS Office Suite
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and internal team
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage project teams efficiently, with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to resolve challenges and ensure smooth project execution
  • Transportation: Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured personal vehicle for travel to various job sites, with mileage reimbursement provided.

  • Present technical findings, updates, and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling concerns, troubleshooting, and building long-term relationships
  • Prepare project estimates, proposals, and invoices, ensuring competitive pricing and accurate billing
  • Monitor and adjust project budgets to maintain profitability while meeting client expectations
  • Maintain adaptability to address unexpected challenges and project changes while fostering a positive team environment.
