Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000/year (plus profit-sharing)

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in an environmental service-related field.
  • Proven track record in sales or account management.
  • Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable vehicle access.

Top Skills/Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals through proactive account management and business development.
  • Conduct 20-25 face-to-face client meetings monthly and attend regional trade shows.
  • Maintain an active sales pipeline and utilize CRM tools to track activity.
  • Develop strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including environmental engineering and consulting firms.
  • Organize and deliver professional presentations to groups of 10+ individuals.

Preferences:

  • Experience with environmental fieldwork or sampling as a Geologist, Environmental Engineer, or Environmental Scientist.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with environmental services or lab testing is a plus.

Building Inspector (Licensed)

Certis Solutions is seeking Florida Licensed Building Inspectors for projects across Central Florida, including Orange, Hillsborough, Sarasota, and Lake Counties. This position focuses on residential and commercial inspections to ensure code compliance and construction accuracy.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Florida Building Inspector License (BN, Standard and Residential)
  • ICC Certification as a Building Inspector
  • 1-3+ years of inspection experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR check required)
