Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction of asphalt pavements and grading.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test as well as random tests.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Strong technical skills in asphalt paving and compaction operations.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Effective leadership and team management skills.
  • Valid driver’s license issued within the United States, clear of multiple and/or major violations.
  • Must live or be willing to relocate to within 1 hour of the Safford, AZ area.
