Certis Solutions is looking for a Land Surveyor to provide accurate land assessments for construction, development, and environmental projects in the Northern California area. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and collaboration with engineers, architects, and project teams to shape sustainable and well-planned environments.
Salary Range: $90,000.00 – $160,000.00/year
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Land Surveyor-in-Training (LSIT) Certification
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant land survey & development work experience
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, laws, and regulations
- Proficiency with GPS equipment, total stations, theodolites, and modern surveying software
- Experience with Geographic Information System (GIS) software
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret legal records, survey data, and land titles
- Valid driver’s license
