Must Have Qualifications
Prior experience with Commercial Construction, Tenant Improvement, Industrial Buildings, and Office Buildings
Four-year college degree or equivalent technical training (construction management certificate)
2+ years of building construction experience
Ability to read and interpret construction documents, especially blueprints and plans
Familiar with computer and able to use company software (Procore)
Multi-Family experience preferred

You will be expected to Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, and supporting staff regarding construction activities and interface with sub-contractors as required to successfully complete project(s) on schedule and within budget.
Coordinating activities assisting in determining construction resources, sequencing logistics, equipment, permitting, and work schedule
Coordinate daily job reports, process RFI?s, Submittals, Pay Applications
Coordinates with different crafts, company departments, or other contractors to ensure all required materials, equipment, inspections, etc., support project activities and project schedule
Liaise with owner?s representatives (engineering, estimating, and planning) to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule
Monitor craft and subcontractor compliance with project safety program requirements
Performs weekly safety inspections and toolbox talks
Documents and ensures corrective measures are implemented
Ensure craft time cards are completed accurately, reflecting hours worked and tasks worked on; assigns cost codes to all purchases, time cards, contracts, equipment time, and any other item involving cost
Coordinate with Project Engineer/Project Manager as to changes made in the field, so that such changes may be covered by general contract change orders and subcontract change orders.
Perform project close-out and ensures punch list is completed in a timely manner
