Certis Solutions is looking for an experienced Regional Account Manager to drive business development and manage client relationships within the Pacific Northwest in an Environmental Laboratory environment. This role offers opportunities for growth and long-term profit sharing while building a professional network in the environmental industry. You’ll be responsible for growing revenue, nurturing existing accounts, and closing new business opportunities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Salary Range: $90,000.00 – $140,000.00/year
Must Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in an environmental service-related field.
- Proven track record in sales or account management.
- Valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable vehicle access.
Top Skills/Key Job Responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals through proactive account management and business development.
- Conduct 20-25 face-to-face client meetings monthly and attend regional trade shows.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and utilize CRM tools to track activity.
- Develop strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including environmental engineering and consulting firms.
- Organize and deliver professional presentations to groups of 10+ individuals.
Preferences:
- Experience with environmental fieldwork or sampling as a Geologist, Environmental Engineer, or Environmental Scientist.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with environmental services or lab testing is a plus.
