  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates using a variety of sourcing methods
  • Conduct thorough technical interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications
  • Evaluate candidates' technical expertise, cultural fit, and potential for growth within the organization
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages

Must Have Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology and 5 years’ practice experience. Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 9 years’ related experience.

·        Master’s degree or PhD preferred.

·        Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.

·        Certification or licensure in field of expertise.

General Responsibilities

·        Have or be able to acquire certifications in state of South Carolina that includes:

·        Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Civil Engineering or Geologist (P.G.)

·        Valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history.
