Must Have Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator for a general contractor,
- Proficient in Procore, Plan Grid, Smart Sheets, or Sage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
- Familiarity with scheduling, submittals, budgeting and cost control procedures.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams.
- Works well with others (team player)
- Deadline and detail-oriented
