Certis Solutions is seeking a Quality Control Manager for a US Army Corps of Engineers project at an Air Force base in the Sacramento Area. This person will be responsible for overall management of CQC. This position will report directly to the Project Manager. Project is 9 months in duration, with the potential for follow-on work.

Must Have Qualifications

·       5+ years heavy civil experience, paving experience a plus

·       Must have USACE project experience

·       Excellent RMS skills (3.0)

·       USACE Construction Quality Management for Contractors 

·       College degree

Must Have Qualifications

  • Federal Project ( USACE, NAVFAC) background
  • Experience as a QCM, Site Super, and SSHO preferred
  • Quality Control Management (QCM) Certificate
  • EM385-1 and first Aid Certifications 
  • familiar with Government projects and 3-phases of inspections for quality control
