Must Have Qualifications
2+ years of hotel construction experience (renovations and Tenant Improvements)
Experience overseeing interior renovations, including the installation of fixtures, furniture, and artwork
Familiarity with Bluebeam (takeoffs) and MS Project (scheduling), SAGE CM a plus but not required
OSHA 30
Willingness to travel anywhere in the country

Observe and maintain jobsite safety
Review detailed project plans, and ensure project goals, timelines, and resource requirements are met
Logistics and Resource Coordination: Organize the logistics, encompassing the delivery of materials, utilization of equipment, and deployment of workforce.
Budget Management: Supervise project finances, manage expenses, and work collaboratively with the finance department to forecast and make budget adjustments.
Work closely with project management, finance, and operations to ensure jobsite operations align with business goals
