Must Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in stormwater management or related work.
  • Experience with SWPPP development and implementation under California permits.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Clean driving record and ability to travel within Northern California for day trips and occasional overnights.

Top Skills/Key Job Responsibilities

  • Design and manage stormwater projects across Northern California.
  • Develop and implement Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs).
  • Lead and mentor project teams, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Support client relationships and contribute to business development.

Preferences

  • Experience in fire response and restoration.
  • Background in construction management or project management.
  • Ability to perform limited fieldwork, including site assessments.
  • Professional licensure preferred (e.g., QSD, QSP, QISP).

Pay Range: $75,000–$90,000
