Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Complete and detailed experience with subcontractor and construction sequencing
Understanding of ASI’s RFI’s and Material Submittals
Technology: Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project and Procore
Experience with LLB and/or Design/Build delivery methods
Must work well in a team environment and be committed to client service
Advanced understanding of drawings and specifications as well as constructability
Proficient in Microsoft Project Scheduling Software
Experience in K-12 Lease-Lease Back & Design Build Projects is preferred
Experience with Lean Construction Practices is preferred

Seeking a results-oriented Senior Superintendent with experience in large scale construction to join our Northern California team. The Senior Superintendent will manage a singular large project and/or multiple project teams throughout the East Bay area to meet or exceed company and client expectations. Projects may range to over $100 million in construction costs.
The Senior Superintendent’s primary responsibility will be for all onsite activities of a construction project ranging from start-up to punch-out, including:
Coaching subcontractors on safe construction practices
Quality control, ensuring all subcontractor deficiencies are corrected
Maintaining the project schedule and establishing the critical path for subs and vendors
Facilitating and encouraging subcontractor coordination
Working with design team and owner to overcome challenges / unforeseen conditions
Reviewing all drawings, specifications and submittals
Daily progress reports and weekly schedule updates
The senior superintendent’s role is to ensure whatever is required to facilitate the construction of the project on site from beginning to completion while utilizing best practices in safety, quality, schedule and cost while maintaining relationships with both our trade partners and our clients. These projects are K-12 school districts. The projects may range from $80 million to over $100 million in construction costs.
