Certis Solutions is looking for a Senior Project Engineer. This Sr. Project Engineer/APM plays a vital role in supporting the Project Manager and Superintendent in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on OSHPD 1 (HCAI) and/or DSA experience, excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager in all phases of project execution including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.
• Collaborate with field and office teams to ensure timely and accurate documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
• Maintain compliance with project-specific OSHPD or DSA regulations and documentation protocols.
• Interface with architects, consultants, inspectors, and clients to support project delivery and closeout.
• Track project schedules and cost reports, identifying risks or delays early and proposing solutions.
• Ensure field operations are supported with updated plans, materials, and subcontractor coordination.
• Assist in bidding efforts and preconstruction planning when needed.

• Proven experience with OSHPD (HCAI) and/or DSA regulated projects (required).
• Strong understanding of construction documents, sequencing, and project delivery methods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate/commute to the Bay Area.
