This role involves overseeing all aspects of project operations, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and risk management. The Senior Project Manager will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Must Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification a plus)

• CMAR Delivery Method Required

• 8-10+ years of construction project management experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior role

• In-depth knowledge of project planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)

• Strong leadership and communication skills
