Certis Solutions is seeking a dynamic and qualified Project Manager/Operations Manager with expertise in earthmoving or marine projects for the states of Florida and South Carolina. Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in marine/earthwork projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects across the states of Florida and South Carolina 
• USACE experience is a plus, but not required
• Exceptional communication skills
• Willingness to work 6 days a week and travel to project sites
• A hardworking attitude and strong leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project progress and make strategic adjustments to ensure successful completion
• Maintain project budgets and schedules, establishing critical paths for subcontractors and vendors
• Create and track purchase orders to monitor spending, ensuring balanced and profitable project budgets
• Review and manage project invoices with precision
• Produce clear, well-written response plans, proposals, and customer communications
