Our multidisciplinary team of experts collaborates closely with clients to deliver innovative and sustainable solutions across a diverse range of projects.


Pay Range: $65-72/hr


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Environmental Planner/Group Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in preparing high-quality CEQA documents and managing multidisciplinary projects. This individual will play a key role in leading our Rocklin CEQA/NEPA Group, providing strategic direction, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience creating CEQA documentation, and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing multidisciplinary projects.
  • Excellent understanding of the CEQA process and California environmental regulations.
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.

  • Prepare and manage complex environmental documentation for various local and regional projects.

Preferences:

  • Experience with Caltrans requirements, NEPA, CEQA-Plus process, and resource agency permitting.
