Certis Solutions is seeking an experienced Safety Director to lead and strengthen company-wide safety programs. This role focuses on regulatory compliance, risk management, and fostering a strong safety culture. Responsibilities include overseeing policies, training, and compliance efforts while managing a team of safety professionals.

Salary Range: $104K – $125K (Depending on Experience)

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 7+ years of safety experience or a degree in Environmental Safety & Health, Safety Management, or Construction.
• 5+ years of experience leading a structured safety program and managing teams, and working with subcontractors.
• Ability to be onsite 4 days/week to mentor Safety Managers and Coordinators.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety practices.
• Certifications preferred: CPR, OSHA 10/30, OSHA 500, CSP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
