Monitor production to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications at every stage of manufacturing.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and maintain compliance with all quality standards.
Team Leadership and Training:
Lead, mentor, and manage the quality control team to ensure efficient operations and high performance.
Provide training to staff on quality control techniques, industry standards, and safety procedures.
Promote a culture of quality and safety across the production team.
Testing and Documentation:
Oversee the testing and inspection of materials, processes, and finished products.
Review and analyze test results, including compressive strength, mix design, and other relevant tests.
Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all test results, inspections, and quality control activities.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements in production and quality control procedures.
Work closely with the production and engineering teams to implement solutions that enhance quality and efficiency.
Participate in root cause analysis for quality issues and develop corrective actions.
Compliance and Standards:
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international standards and regulations related to precast concrete production.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, standards, and best practices to ensure that the company remains competitive and compliant.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies as needed.
