Job Title: Quality Control Manager (QCM)

Project Type: Project-Based Position 

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Quality Control Manager (QCM) for a project-based role in Mammoth, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in public works or commercial construction projects and will hold a current CQM certification. This role involves overseeing quality control processes on-site and ensuring all work complies with project specifications and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the quality control program for the project
• Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, including safety regulations
• Conduct regular inspections, tests, and assessments of construction work
• Maintain documentation related to inspections, tests, and compliance reports
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other teams to resolve quality issues
• Ensure all materials, processes, and workmanship meet required specifications

Qualifications:

• CQM Certification is required
• Knowledge of the three phases of inspection and RMS
• Experience in public works or commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction quality control procedures and standards
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Local candidates preferred, but lodging and per diem are available

Additional Details

• 5-6 days per week, 10-hour shifts per day
• A cell phone will be provided
• Car allowance/gas card/mileage reimbursement available, as needed
