• At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Control Manager in dredging projects
• CQM certification from the USACE is required
• Proficiency in using RMS software
• Strong understanding of dredging processes and essential equipment
• Prior experience working with USACE, with a focus on effective communication with USACE representatives
