This is a full-time, salaried role ideal for an experienced Project Manager who is ready and willing to learn estimation or someone with accomplished estimating skills in construction. Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of construction projects.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to determine labor, material, and time needs.
• Work with project teams to ensure estimates align with overall project goals and timelines.
• Utilize construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam to streamline the estimating process.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to gather pricing information and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Occasionally visit job sites (approximately 4 times a year) with team members to gain insight into project scope and progress.

Requirements

• A strong background in construction as a Project Manager or experienced Estimator.
• Knowledge of estimating best practices and construction processes.
• Technological proficiency, with experience in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software strongly preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
