Must Have Qualifications


·        Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

·        Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.

·        In-depth knowledge of commercial construction processes, materials, and methods.

·        Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project goals.

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

·        Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, Primavera).

·        PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

·        Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
