Certis Solutions is seeking a Project Engineer to support project management operations. This role is responsible for document control, reviewing change orders, tracking project schedules, and ensuring construction activities align with contract specifications. Reporting to the senior leadership and other project management staff as needed, this position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction project management.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 – $100,000.00/year

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3 – 5 years or more of construction experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam (or equivalent)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project needs
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Top Skills/Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily job reports, RFIs, and submittals
• Evaluate and process change orders, shop drawings, material data, and samples
• Support document control to ensure compliance with contract requirements
• Assist with project schedule updates and cost control mechanisms
• Monitor quality control and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle
• Support project closeout activities in alignment with contract documents
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to maintain smooth project execution
