Description

Certis Solutions is seeking an experienced Professional Geologist (PG) or Engineer (PE) to lead our in-house environmental and project management efforts at a well-established firm with a strong presence in federal work across the Bay Area. This is an exciting opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities and oversee a variety of projects, including a significant upcoming airport project. You’ll also manage a small team of professionals and be an integral part of the company’s growth strategy.

Pay Range: $130-150K annually

Must-Have Qualifications

  • PG or PE certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in environmental services, geotechnical work, or civil engineering.
  • Proven project management skills, including overseeing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Phase I/II environmental site assessments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to contribute to the company’s growth.
