Certis Solutions is seeking a Project Manager with a PE or PG license to lead construction materials testing and special inspection projects in Northern California. This is a long-term, full-time opportunity with growth into senior leadership roles.

Location: Northern California (commutable to major metro areas)
Pay Range: $85,000 to $115,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead construction materials testing and special inspection projects from start to finish
• Act as the primary technical lead and client contact for multiple active job sites
• Oversee field and lab testing for soils, concrete, asphalt, masonry, and steel
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards (IBC, ASTM, ACI, etc.)
• Review and prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation
• Mentor junior staff and support internal quality and safety programs
• Collaborate on client development and project acquisition efforts

Requirements:

• PE or PG license (California) required
• 5+ years of relevant experience in CMT, geotechnical engineering, or inspection services
• In-depth knowledge of testing procedures and regulatory standards
• Strong communication, client-facing, and leadership skills
• ICC, ACI, or NICET certifications preferred
