Must Have Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in heavy truck maintenance and repair OR a combination of trade school and relevant experience.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Willingness to relocate within 1.5 hours of Safford, AZ.

• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.

• Own tools for the job.

Top Skills/Key Job Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on concrete mixers, dump trucks, semi-tractors, and smaller equipment like backhoes and rollers.

• Diagnose mechanical issues, identify parts needed, and complete repairs efficiently.

• Conduct vehicle inspections and preventative maintenance to minimize downtime.

• Communicate effectively with drivers and operators to understand and resolve issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Document work performed and parts used accurately.
