Certis Solutions is seeking an experienced Residential Journeyman Electrician (RE) to lead small crews of 2-5 people on high-end custom home projects across California, as well as service work throughout the Central Valley. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented electrician who can lead luxury residential work and handle day-to-day service calls as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate electrical crews on luxury home projects
Perform hands-on installations including:
Home automation systems
Security and alarm systems
Solar panel arrays
Surveillance cameras
Motorized blinds/shades
Manage schedules and workflow on site
Ensure high-quality workmanship and job site cleanliness
Communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Report directly to the Residential Department Head Must-Have Qualifications:
Active CA Residential Journeyman Electrician certification
5+ years of residential electrical experience
Experience in custom home environments and service work
Ability to oversee and motivate small teams
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Willingness to travel within California as needed
