Certis Solutions is seeking a qualified QC/SSHO to serve in a dual-hat role. The ideal candidate will bring strong working knowledge of both quality control and safety principles, with the ability to effectively apply EM 385 and QCM fundamentals in the field, even if not formally certified.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and implement project-specific Quality Control and Site Safety programs.
• This role will focus approximately 65% on Quality Control responsibilities and 35% on SSHO tasks
• Conduct daily safety inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with contract specifications and applicable OSHA regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Lead and document preparatory meetings, initial inspections, and follow-up phases of quality control.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and field personnel to resolve safety and quality issues in real-time.
• Ensure all workers and visitors comply with project safety protocols and access requirements.

• Certifications in QCM or SSHO are not required, but practical knowledge and relevant experience are essential.
• Must be able to access and work on a military installation (background check/clearance may apply).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
