Our company is a growing general contractor seeking experienced Superintendents for both day and night shifts to lead commercial retail remodel projects in Amarillo. As we work around active store hours, night shifts are essential for trade work and maintaining a safe environment for customers.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial construction, particularly in managing site operations
• Strong understanding of project plans, schedules, and compliance requirements
• Excellent organizational and computer skills for detailed documentation

Top Skills / Key Job Responsibilities

• Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines
• Site Operations Oversight: Manage daily and nightly site operations to maintain a productive and safe environment
• Safety and Compliance: Conduct weekly safety meetings, ensure compliance with LOTO and safety standards, and manage site cleanliness for customer access
• Coordination and Inspections: Work with store management and inspectors to facilitate smooth project execution and compliance
• Project Documentation: Complete daily logs, track financials, and compile closeout documentation

Preferences

• Experience in wood framing for retail settings
• Knowledge of building systems, including architectural and MEP
• Certifications relevant to construction safety or equipment operation
