Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead and manage construction projects on-site. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely project completion.

Must Have Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, ideally with a focus on commercial projects.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction documents, schedules, and specifications.
• Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and the ability to take and upload digital photographs.
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds.
