Must Have Qualifications

• Minimum 4-year design experience on Civil Engineering projects.
• Experience managing projects
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering principles, practices, plans, and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D & Civil 3D strongly preferred.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Problem solver, critical thinker, independent worker, takes initiative to complete tasks on
• own, and desire to grow professionally and take on leadership roles.

Top Skills / Key Job Responsibilities

• Prepare civil designs utilizing AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Research and review deeds, ordinances, technical reports, municipal, state and federal codes to ensure compliance
• Prepare exhibits and images for presentations.
• Ability to prepare legal descriptions and survey mapping desirable.
• Process field survey data to generate base maps for engineering design.
• Perform quantity take-offs
