Must Have Qualifications:

• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification.

Top Skills/Key Job Responsibilities:

• Perform visual welding inspections on structural components in shop and field environments.
• Ensure compliance with welding codes, ASTM standards, and AISC standards.
• Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) on steel members and welds.
• Prepare daily field reports documenting inspection and testing activities.

Preferences:

• Additional NDT certifications (Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, Liquid Dye Penetrant Testing).
• ICC certifications (High Strength Bolting Inspector, Fireproofing).
