Pay Range: $62K – 95K annually

Must-Have Qualifications

• Certified Electrician in the State of California, or
• Electrician Trainee with a clear path to certification.
• Relevant experience in commercial electrical work.
• Flexibility to relocate within California if needed.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Top Skills/Key Job Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance on commercial projects, including solar systems and other high-profile jobs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure work is completed according to specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other team members to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Work on Prevailing Wage projects, following safety protocols and standards to ensure compliance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems for efficiency and safety.
• Take an active role in paperwork and certification processes with company support, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Preferences

• Previous experience working on Prevailing Wage projects.
• Familiarity with solar project installations and energy-efficient systems.
• Strong knowledge of California building codes and electrical regulations.
