Must Have Qualifications
2-4 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or similar role on large-scale commercial construction projects.
Familiarity with night shift operations and scheduling.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and the project team.
Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) and Microsoft Office Suite.
OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training preferred.
