We provide construction, project, and program management, estimating, scheduling, and value analysis throughout project design, preconstruction, construction, and close-out phases.

Must Have Qualifications

DSA/K-12 experience required.

Typical activities include evaluation of designs to meet client expectations/programming of future projects, assisting with the approvals process by governing authorities, estimating/ budgeting for current and future projects, managing the bid, award and construction process, development, and evaluation of project schedules, change order evaluation and project closeout.
